Do Yoga? Weight Lifting? Run Marathons? Want to gain a deeper understanding of your body from the inside?  In 1 hour, we'll use a variety of body based methods borrowed from various forms of dance & yoga to warm you up, stretch you out and give you some concrete ways to help your body perform better.  I can meet you at your home, or provide a beautiful studio space for us to practice.
